Comments: BBC Hereford and Worcester on 738 KHz is carried from a different site at NGR SO846392 

This is the 1530kHz transmitter for Classic Hits. It's high frequency means it's a short mast, and it also looks like it's got a capacitance top-hat, but in the 2nd picture, notice how the guy wire (which is electrically connected to the top of the mast) also appears to be connected to ground via the post. It was very wet when I visited and I didn't want to get muddy otherwise I'd have explored to find an answer!
